Grape Soda is the life of the party with her outgoing personality and mischievous charm. She adores playing and cuddling throughout the day and snuggling up close at bedtime. She has a large vocabulary with a variety of amusing meows, chirps, and trills.
She is not the type of cat who hides when new people are in the house. In fact, she runs right up to greet them, confident they will want to visit with her. As the “middle child” in her foster home, she has mastered the skills needed to navigate the temperaments of the rest of the resident felines. She has learned to be gentle with the kittens who are much younger than her and plays with them like a big sister. She is equally happy hanging out with the adult cats and is thrilled when she manages to entice one of them to play chase.
Grape Soda has not interacted with dogs yet but would probably be fine with a cat-friendly dog after a proper introductory period. She would enjoy playing with older, gentle children.

Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
