What could be better than a Cream Puff?.....a Cream Puff with Coffee Cake! Hello everyone! I'm Cream Puff, and I am adoptable only if my brother comes with me...his name is Coffee Cake - check out his profile! I'm a 5-year-old purebred British Shorthair, and when I was born in England, they gave me a full pedigree name of "Chunkychops Cream Puff". Even though I'm a lovely chunky boy, my foster Mum just calls me Puffy. I enjoy lounging around on the furniture, quiet afternoons, sunlit windows, and the occasional catnip toy. I like to give big headbutts and roll over for brushings of my fantastic coat. I do really love my people and human company. But life isn't all about me. I share my days with my 'baby' brother, Coffee Cake - he's a beauty. We've been together since we were kittens and we can't imagine life any other way - I'm the adventurous one and he's the shy one. We putz around, hang out together and love being treated like the like kings we are. We have a calm and soothing energy to us, but are surprisingly agile boys, and can counter surf with the best of them! We're true to our British Shorthair personality type - we're not big on being picked up and carried around - we prefer to lounge next to you rather than on your lap, but we're amazingly loyal and not demanding or overly vocal. So why should you adopt us? Well, we promise to fill your home with warmth, affection and companionship. And remember, when you adopt us, you're not just getting one friend, you're getting two! Love Cream Puff x

All adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 72 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 72 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application.
Canine Adoption Fees:
$450 for puppies under 1 year of age
$375 for dogs over 1 year & under 7 years
$300 for dogs 7 years and older
Feline Adoption Fees:
$250 for kittens and cats up to 12 months old
$200 for cats between 1-6 years old
$150 for cats 6 years old and older
Adoption fees help offset the cost to our organization of providing full medical care (including spay or neuter surgery) to each animal we adopt to a furever home.
