More about this rescue
Hampshire County Pet Adoption Program is a non-profit rescue run by a group of dedicated volunteers. HCPAP is not a shelter but a foster organization. Founded on October 1, 1999, we have specialized in dog rescue, however, we rescue cats sometimes, too. Our purpose is to rescue pets in need. We then provide them with veterinary care, socialization, training and love. It is our goal to find a home for every pet that comes our way.
