My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mochi is a stunningly handsome boy with a sweet personality to match. He's all about getting your attention and loves to spend time with his people. Playtime is something Mochi looks forward to, especially the laser light and wand toys. He is a well rounded kitty who will adjust quickly and thrive in any household. He gets along with the other kitties in his foster home and lived with a dog in his previous home. His foster mom says he is the sweetest boy.

Mochi was surrendered last November when he needed emergency surgery to treat a severe urinary blockage. Without surgery, Mochi would have died. We knew he was a special guy and deserved a chance. It took some time for him to recover and work out a diet that will prevent any further urinary issues and we can say now that Mochi is more than ready to meet his new family!

While we consider Mochi "special needs" this is only because he needs to have prescription diet for the rest of his life. While Mochi gets along well with other cats and dogs, he will need to have special consideration for feeding to be sure he stays on his diet.

Mochi is about 3 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV.
