Please welcome Marie Claire! This 1-year-old lab retriever mix is 62 pounds of love and sweetness. She is a super friendly pup who is already crate-trained. This sweet girl is eager to learn and excited to explore, yet incredibly gentle in approaching new furry friends. She is also gentle and curious when meeting new people friends and will sniff and be happy getting pets, but does not jump. She is truly a sweet, gentle lovebug. While she may be a young pup and new to the big city, she is fearless of these new sights and sounds. This adorable, loving, and gentle pup is so excited to meet her best friend. The best way to meet our pups is via private meetings or at adoption events. We host these weekly at various locations around NYC.

Our adoption fee ranges from $275-$550 and covers the costs of vetting, boarding, transportation, and other necessary items for our dogs.

Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
