My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willow is House and crate trained. Good with kids of different ages. She can walk on leash past dogs that are around her, however she prefers to be the only queen of the house. Willow is the definition of sweet!
Shes an absolutely amazing leash walker. And she is also very schedule oriented!
if you're looking for you're next walking buddy to couch potato, please consider

Willow is currently being fostered in Richmond, VA.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

Following a satisfactory home visit, your application will be moved into approved status. This is when you will set up your meet and greet with the dog. Meet and greets are typically an hour where you meet the dog and their foster. This is a time where you can ask questions about the dogs temperament, health or anything else you're interested in asking.

More about this rescue

We are a 501c3, foster based dog rescue, with a passion for the dogs that many overlook. We operate on the passion and commitment our volunteers and fosters have for helping these giants.

Isaac Newton once said "If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants"

Giant Hearts says "Sometime, even Giants need shoulders to stand on."
