My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.

* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.

Blondie is a 5 year old cream and white tabby girl. She was adopted from us as a kitten but recently returned because her mom could no longer care for her. She has been an only cat for several years, so we think that is the type of home she would like to find. One where she can get all the attention and be the center of someone's life.

She is playful, sweet and loving. She has a pleasant demeanor and for the most part is very chill. She gets spurts of playful energy but it isn't over the top. She loves the cat tree in her foster home and also the tunnel. She loves to run through it all day long and even sometimes takes a nap inside. She is human centric and likes to be with her people. She has been very sad about all the changes that have happened, but we have promised to find her a new beginning with someone who will love her for the rest of her life. Could that be you? Please apply to adopt her today.

Blondie has been spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treatment applied and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $150.

More about this rescue

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
