Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Six year old Jax is being rehomed because neighbors have filed a complaint regarding excessive barking and he needs to be moved by the end of July. His owners disagreed, as he only barks when strangers approach his yard, cats/dogs approach the yard, and when he sees hot air balloons. But, to save Jax from being picked up by Animal Control, his owners are asking for help to find him a home.
Jax likes children, playing in water and is housebroken. Car rides make him anxious and he doesn't not like loud noises. He is very sweet and loves affection. He is shy and timid around new places and people.
Since Jax was attacked by a neighbor's dog, he has become aggressive with other male dogs. So, a female dog only household is recommended.
A $300 adoption fee applies.
