My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Goldie, a lovable 7-year-old red-nose pitbull with a sweet disposition. Goldie enjoys cuddling and playing with toys and is known for being a trustworthy companion. She is housebroken and great with children, as well as other dogs, although she prefers to be the only dog in the household. If you grab ice from the fridge, expect to share a piece or two with Goldie. She is used to having a fenced yard, at least 5 feet tall, and is familiar with some German commands like "Sitzen" and "Nein." Come and meet our adorable "Goldie" today!
This pet is "sponsored" which means a giving community member or business has paid their adoption fees.

More about this rescue

We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
