Sancho is currently being fostered off site! His foster family reports that he is doing well! He gets along with other dogs and kids. His foster family is working on basic commands and potty training. To set up a meet and greet call us at (618) 847-4012. Our adoption fees range from $35-$125, which includes a microchip. If the dog/cat is not vaccinated or spayed/neutered before adoption, you have 30 days to set appointment and return paperwork to WCHS. We also require a copy of your drivers license to attach to your adoption file.

We are 1 of 3 Humane Society AND Animal Control facilities in the state of Illinois. We are a private organization that is contracted with our county and several localities within our county to provide animal control services. We have 2 full time employees and 2 part time employees that care for our furry friends daily.
