Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sugar Bean is a delightful 3-year-old Pit Bull Terrier with a heart of gold and a zest for life. Rescued from Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control, Sugar Bean has quickly captured the hearts of those who have gotten to know her, thanks to her loving nature and playful spirit. With her sleek coat and soulful eyes, Sugar Bean embodies the loyalty and charm that are characteristic of her breed. She is not just a pretty face; Sugar Bean is also incredibly smart and knows her commands well, making her a joy to interact with and train. Whether it's sitting for a treat or showing off her impressive recall, Sugar Bean loves to please her human companions. Sugar Bean enjoys a balanced lifestyle that includes plenty of cuddles, exercise, and relaxation. She loves nothing more than curling up next to her favorite humans for a cozy nap after a good play session. Her playful energy extends outdoors, where she eagerly explores and enjoys the fresh air. Sugar Bean is also a fan of toys and treats, her excitement evident as she plays with her toys or eagerly awaits a tasty snack.
Not ready to adopt, no problem. I'm also available to foster! Ask an adoption coordinator about the Couch Surfer Foster Program!

Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is a limited-admission humane society and provides services to over 34,000 cats, dogs, puppies, and kittens each year. Operating continuously since 1925, we have been positively impacting animal welfare and addressing overpopulation in Palm Beach County through a variety of services.
Our Vision is to create a community where 100% of the adoptable animals find loving homes and no animals will be euthanized because of pet overpopulation.
Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, Humane Society of the Palm Beaches, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and does not receive funding from city, county, state, or federal government, or local organizations with similar names. We rely solely on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations to provide quality programs and services to the community. Your donations directly support the services and programs in place to help animals in need.
Our mission is to provide shelter to lost, homeless and unwanted animals; to furnish medical and other services for the care of companion animals; to care for, protect, and find quality homes for homeless and neglected animals; to advocate animal welfare, community involvement, and education to further the bond between people and animals, for the mutual benefit of both.
