Hi, I’m Kelly! I just arrived from South Korea and I’m so happy to be here. I’m enjoying my time with my foster fur siblings but am looking forward to having a forever home of my own. I’m very playful with lots of border collie puppy energy. I’m learning to walk nicely on leash and already know that outside is where I do my business. I can’t wait to meet you!
Kelly was found tied outside of a factory without a dog house, even in winter. After he was rescued he spent time in a foster home in Korea where he learned all about being a house dog.
