My story

Hey there, my name is Wookie! I was hand selected for K9's For Warriors service dog program from Nassau County Animal Hospital and passed all my initial tests with flying colors! Since arriving at K9's in January of this year, I've decided I would rather be a family companion over having to work for a living, due to being a little sound sensitive. Although I am not a big fan of work, I absolutely adore playing with my dog pals and having fun with new toys! My favorite thing in life are peanut butter kongs, getting the zoomies and playing a good game of tug with my person. I am crate trained, food motived and an overall good boy! I am crate trained, neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and eagerly waiting for my forever home.
