My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Moose is an incredibly sweet little puppy looking for a forever home. Found as a stray, Moose has an amazing temperment. He loves people and is working hard to learn how to make new friends! Moose will need a family that can help him grow up and learn all the things a great dog needs to know. Moose has started crate and house training and is doing amazing. We expect that he will pick up his basic obedience skills quickly, especially with a family of his very own!

Moose has had his first rounds of vaccinations and deworming, and has been started on his regular heartworm/flea/tick prevention.

If you've been looking for a new best friend to add to your family, e-mail us at arsw@arcticrescue.com to get more information and fill out an adoption application!

More about this rescue

Arctic Rescue Southwest (ARSW) was launched with the goal of providing much needed support to the arctic breed community.

ARSW moved from New Mexico to North Carolina in 2019.

ARSW focuses primarily on pulling dogs from kill shelters, and educating owners to help dogs stay in homes. We provide training and advice on dealing with numerous behavioral problems. Our goals are to find our dogs suitable forever homes, and minimize the number of dogs that end up in shelters.

If you have any questions, or are interested in adopting a dog, please contact us at ARSW@arcticrescue.com
