My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pangu is bigger than his siblings Sisu and Tuktuk.

He is fine with cats and kids, but this boy LOVES  dogs. He will go right up to them and wants them to be his friends.

Pangu is very bonded to his brother Tuk Tuk and would love to be adopted with him. They are a bonded pair and help each other come out of their shells. When the trio were new to their foster home, Pangu was the spiciest. He’s changed a lot more than his size since then.  He still likes  to play and climb, but he’s settled down to a green pepper level of spice. Pangu will require a calm home as he tends to be a bit more shy and reserved than most kittens.  ***The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org***

Go meet their pets

Check out all of our pets online at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org or send in an application to meet a specific pet! Once our shelter is open for operation stop in during our open hours to visit with a fuzzy friend in person.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
