Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Twinkee!
If photos don't show, please visit https://www.adoptapet.com/shelter/68850-watonwan-county-humane-society-st-james-minnesota
Twinkee and several other kittens were brought to the shelter in July.
At first, Twinkee was quite scared of humans.
Fast forward to October, and she is much more trusting toward us.
Twinkee waits at her door for treats from the volunteers. She gets very excited when the morning volunteers come into the building to do kitty chores. Her and her siblings line up at their door to say good morning. It's super cute!
Twinkee is pretty bashful still. It takes a bit to earn her trust. You can pet her for a bit if she is distracted by treats or toys. She'll keep coming out of her shell with time.
Twinkee really needs a patient and understanding human.
She may not like to be touched or cuddled, but she is still loveable!
Twinkee can be a housecat for someone who is willing to work on socializing her more. Or she can be a barn kitty , with shelter and love provided.
Twinkee really would like to be with other kitties. It would be awesome if one or more of her siblings can stay with her.
There is a reduced adoption fee if you adopt two kitties.
Twinkee is spayed and vaccinated. As of October, she is about 6 months old.
We'd love to see her get out of the shelter, as she's been here for quite a while now.
If interested in adopting Twinkee, please submit an adoption application at watonwan.weebly.com________Please Note: We ask that an application be filled out before coming to the shelter.
