My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello Doll, my name is Eloise and I want nothing more than to please you! Sadly, I was left behind by my previous family when they up and moved to Paris - c'est vrainment dommage - non? Oui! I am longing to find that special connection I once had ...

I have a deep, husky voice - when you call my name, I will eagerly answer you. My purr is equally as loud and when I'm truly ready to cuddle you'll know it when I approach you with a soft head butt. At nine years old, I now know that affection is my love language - and I long to give and get it! Brush me, pet me, read a book with me . . . I'm all yours.

As a senior cat, with a diagnosed incurable health concern I understand that I am not everyone's cup of tea. Please ask about our rescues plan to help with any veterinary bills I may accrue - because of All About Cats, there is hope for us both!

I am so grateful for Lola (and all of the volunteers at AAC) for this loquacious teenager has taken me into her heart and convinced her mom that I can stay in her bedroom. I worry about when she leaves for college though ...

Kindly note that I attach and bond to "my person" easily, all people really and want to be in the same room as them, often following my loved ones around the house. That said, I am not particularly cat friendly. And having never met a dog; I'm guessing I wouldn't be fond of them either. In an ideal world, my forever home would have someone home with me a majority of the time and it would just be us. Me + You + No Other Animals = Purrrrrfection. Take a chance on me? I promise I'm well behaved and will not disappoint you!

Sincerely,
Eloise Love

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in a cat or kitten from our rescue, the first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application. Once the completed application is submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted by our organization to discuss your adoption application and the kitty of interest.

Our rescue adopts our cats or kittens locally in Roswell, Georgia, or the surrounding areas. Weekend adoption events are held every Saturday from 1 pm - 5 pm in the cat adoption room inside PetSmart located at 625 W Crossville Road, Roswell, GA 30075. Additional adoption times can be made by appointment only. We ask that you complete an adoption application prior to scheduling an appointment with our organization.

At the time of adoption, our cats and kittens are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations (FVRCP, FeLV, and Rabies), spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas, and combo tested for FIV/FeLV/HW. Our adoption fees are $195 for one kitty and $350 for a pair of kitties. These adoption fees are subject to change. Processing fees will apply for payments made by credit card or PayPal. Please visit the adoption FAQ on our website for more detailed information on our adoption process and the medical vetting provided to our cats and kittens at the time of adoption.
