My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lky, Lky! Kazoo and Tattoo

About 8 months old
About 20-25 pounds
Female Shepherd mixes
Dog friendly & cat curious ‍

These two pups are ready to steal your heart with their sweet nature and lots of love! Their days are full of curiosity and exploration as they learn the ropes from their foster dog siblings. At under one-year-old, they are the perfect age and size to train and be your forever companion. These two little girls will stay smallish in size. We don’t expect them to grow much larger.

Tattoo is curious, but also a little more timid of new people and environments. Stretching out and laying her belly on the cool grass is one of her favorite things. She will give a bark to the unfamiliar furry cat that comes near her. Tough, durable toys are best for Tattoo. She is a fluff toy destroyer and enjoys every minute of it! Tattoo has a white stripe down her face.

Kazoo is all about the snuggles and takes it all in! She stops to sniff every blade of grass on her walks. Exploring is fun, but she also loves to climb up in your lap for movie time cuddles.

These two girls have been in the rescue since they were babies. All they want is a family to love them and a home to call their own. They don’t have to be adopted together. Both pups are working on potty and crate training.

Additional adoption info

We endeavor to find the best home for each pet in our care. We do home visits on every pet, even if it can only be a virtual visit with pictures and videos from the potential adopter. Most of the time we adopt to people who live close enough for a personal home visit.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We do not have a facility; so meet and greets with potential adopters, pets and current pets are done on an appointment bases; sometimes at the potential adopter's home, or in a neutral location.
