My name is Jay!

Hello my name is Jay, 

I am such a sweet and loving boy that wants attention 24/7. I am getting used to being picked up and cuddling but I'm still a little afraid of it. If you ever notice, I will look like I'm running away but right when you pet me I act like I need all the attention and love and I've been deprived of it for years. I'm only about 6 months old (I came with the New Year in January of 2024). My foster parents are helping me learn that humans are great people and to ask for love. I did come from an outside colony so I am a little more scared but not too bad. I still want love and attention I'll just maybe get scared if you come too quickly by me. I'm looking for a family that would love to have me as a forever baby. I love canned food like no other! I will devour it before you even get a chance to turn around. I love cat trees and I love to play with other cats and I like dogs. I could be happy as an only kitty too. I like smalll people - they’re fun to play and snuggle with. I'm still learning the way of the indoors but I'm liking it so far. My foster brother's bed is my place to be. It's so comfortable that I have to sleep there all the time that I can! If I accidentally get locked in a room I will make sure to let you know cuz I like to cry the song of my people to tell you that I'm left in there! I just want love all the time. My foster parents are working with me to see if I like to be held more and to cuddle. Will you help me learn to show more love and to cuddle with you 24/7? I am up to date on all of my vaccines including rabies, I tested negative for FELV/FIV, I’m neutered and microchipped. My adoption fee is $160.
