Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Toby and his siblings were born in the Bedford County Animal Shelter. His mama was dropped off pregnant and gave birth to her kittens in May of 2024. Because there is no birth date on their shelter history, we’re going to say they were born on May 12, 2024, Mother’s Day.
Toby is a healthy, adorable orange and white tabby with the cutest white paws. Toby is the largest of the three siblings. Like his brother, he was very shy at first, but has become quite the love bug. Toby has been dewormed, given flea/tick treatments and has received his first FVRCP vaccination. He tested negative for FIV and FELV and has been microchipped. Once in his new home, he will need his second FVRCP vaccine and a rabies vaccine. He will also need to be neutered per BHS policy. His adoption fee is $100.
Since he is not yet neutered, Toby is not available for adoption outside of the counties contiguous to Bedford County.
We always love to adopt siblings together; it’s best for kitten and owner alike (think about how they can entertain, and wear out, one another). He and his siblings will be available for adoption very soon, so if you are interested in expanding your family, please visit bhsva.org and submit an adoption application with the Bedford Humane Society.
