Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
From the foster: Tiny is quick to make friends with any humans (especially children); she loves pets and cuddles. She thrives when she can spend time outdoors and can be in a yard unsupervised. She is a very relaxed dog at home who loves a nap, but is always excited for a walk. She`s good on short walks or longer ones (up to 3 miles). She gets along well with most other female dogs and puppies, but can be on high alert around adult male dogs. She also will match the energy of any stressed/reactive dogs. If going to a home with another dog, a proper introduction is necessary. She is housetrained, and can be left home alone for up to 16 hours at a time with no accidents. She is familiar with a crate and used to eating in one, but tends to sleep on the floor. She knows `sit` and `heel`.
She: - Enjoys meeting new people - Is cuddly and affectionate - Is working on leash manners - Is potty trained - Can be dog selective
To schedule a visit, send an email to fosterpets@burlingtonnc.gov and say that you would like to meet her!
