My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Brady! This senior boy has been through some rough times and is looking for a home that will have patience and allow for a slow introduction to them. Brady came to the shelter when his current owner no longer had a home, and could not care for him. Brady is very happy with the staff who take care of him, but does resource guard. He is looking for adult only adopters who can give him the space that he needs to get comfortable. Brady would like to be the only dog, and may appreciate new people giving him some space before he wants to be friends. Brady is 17lbs, and 10 years old.

If you think Brady may be a good fit for your home, please head to our website worcesterarl.org and click on his photo to fill out the Dog Adoption Inquiry Form. That is the first step! All adoptions are by appointment, thank you.

More about this shelter

Since our founding in 1912, the Worcester Animal Rescue League (WARL) has been dedicated to the care of the animals who provide so much for their human companions. Without your support, however, nothing we do would be possible. WARL is a non-profit organization and your donations of money, time, supplies, homes, and love are vital to our cause and the lives of the animals in our care. Our sincerest thanks.
