My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please visit our website, for details about our fees and process, and to complete our Adoption Application.   ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis.  We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes.

Mara is a sweet and gentle cat looking for a kind and loving family to call her own. Initially scared at the shelter, Mara has been blossoming beautifully in her foster home. She purrs constantly and enjoys pets while lounging on her flower tower. Mara gets along wonderfully with other kitties and craves a peaceful, serene life. She particularly loves butt scritches and does a delightful 'elevator butt' when she gets them. Her gentle nature and loving personality make her the perfect companion for a tranquil and affectionate household. If you're ready to provide a peaceful and loving home for this precious girl, Mara is waiting to meet you! She is spayed, UTd on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FelV. Litterbox trained. Her birthday is 6-1-23
