My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is a bundle of joy! This fun, lively dog is full of life and ready for adventure! With medium energy, Teddy gets so excited to go outside for a walk and potty break that he can hardly contain himself! But don't worry - he's not reactive to other dogs. He just loves the great outdoors and can't wait to explore. Teddy enjoys playing fetch, running around, and discovering new things.

Teddy looked so sad in his kennel, but he came into playgroup and really perked up! He loved the play, but he did have some humpy hips and corrections did not discourage him much. He would pair well with another tolerant, playful dog.

During his photoshoot, Teddy surprised us by hopping right into the baby pool. This guy is a big fan of the water (well, at least a baby pool that's three inches deep!). He definitely had some kind of training as he knows sit, down, and shake. He was a very polite guy, was awesome on the leash, and getting him in and out of the kennels was a breeze. When taking treats, he also showed how gentle he can be.

If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Teddy 251631".

He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
