My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**COURTESY POST**

**THIS IS A COURTESY POST, THIS DOG IS NOT AT THE SHELTER. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE REACH OUT TO janulian@aol.com**

Introducing the dynamic duo, Daisy and Fred! They like long walks, slobbery fetch, and cozy nights in front of the fireplace talking about their feelings. They also don't have to talk and will instead chill and watch Netflix if that's your vibe. Daisy, is a German Shepherd with a lapdog complex, and Fred, is her twin brother and forever sidekick who can't resist joining the cuddle party. This pair believes that the best spot in the house is, invariably, your lap. Daisy loves to sprawl across any available space, convinced she's as petite as a chihuahua, while Fred, her equally affectionate brother, thinks the best seat in the house is wherever Daisy is sitting. Are you prepared for double the fun and double the love? Daisy and Fred are ready to fill your home with joy and dog hair!

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

*The shelter is currently open for adoptions by appointment only. Please email us at adoptycas@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting.
For other shelter services, please call us at (530) 668-5287*

To adopt you must have a photo ID and proof of your current address. If not on your ID then bring in a bill with your name and your current address. If you rent you must provide a lease clearly stating the pet policy or provide a name and phone number for your landlord so that we may confirm the pet policy. If you own your home you may provide a mortgage statement or property tax bill for proof.

You must be 18 years or older to adopt.

If you wish to adopt a dog and have other dog(s) at home, please bring them with you to the shelter so that they may meet. Even if your dog is wonderful with other dogs, many of the dogs at the shelter have come in as strays so we have no history on them and need to be sure they get along with your pet(s).

If you have any other questions, please go to www.yolocountysheriff.com or call the shelter for more information.
