The car was adopted in Florida 10 years ago (as a kitten I'm under impression it's only 10-10.5yrs old) healthy. 3 years ago it was moved to Glens Falls where it was confined to a bedroom for 3 years not allowed out (owner's had dogs that were trying to eat the cat). I brought it here to Syracuse and it's not welcomed here and all the shelters won't help us. I couldn't leave it in the house to be eaten by dogs. It currently is confined to a basement. It's friendly when it stops being scared of you and comes out of hiding.
