My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Chevron, a handsome cat with mostly white fur and beautiful grey tabby stripes on my face and back. I'm around 2 years old and have traveled from Okeechobee in search of a loving family. I'm an affectionate cat that is always looking to make more friends. I should mention that I've tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), one of the most common infectious diseases in cats. FIV affects the immune system, making me more susceptible to other infections. However, don't let that worry you too much. FIV-positive cats like me can live normal, healthy lives for many years. Recent studies even suggest that we often enjoy average lifespans, so my diagnosis shouldn't deter you from experiencing the joy I can bring.
