Meet Bruno!

This young pup came to us a few weeks ago. He was found in a rural area and was clearly in distress. It appeared he had sustained a head injury, possibly from being hit by a car, or possible from abuse. It is hard to tell. He has been recovering in his foster home and is doing very well. He is an outgoing and sweet little boy. He loves other dogs and all humans though he can be a little hand shy at times. He loves playing in the yard outside and chewing on his toys. He is so much fun. He is a little more wary of men and seems to prefer women but he is easily won over with a bit of patience. 

Bruno is generally in good health but his injury has left him with minor neurological damage. His depth perception is not 100%, likely because one side of his brain sustained the injury and cause damage to his eye. He can see but the eye is turned outwards a little bit. He can sometimes turn in a circle, or walk backwards, as if to get his bearings. Overall he is just delightful and his mild impairment just makes him more endearing.

Bruno is vaccinated and microchipped. He will be neutered at our cost between 8-12 months of age.

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
