IN Madison, VA-Just like the soda, Sprite is a bubbly and fizzy girl who is just as sweet as can be! Sprite is a 3 1/2 month old Australian Shepherd puppy. Her dad is a standard and her mom is quite a bit smaller.
Sprite seems to be growing at the standard rate at this time and currently weighs 17.5 lbs
Sprite came to ASF with her 3 siblings and now her mom is with us as well. Sprite is a very affectionate puppy with a full tail and dew claws. She is HIGH velcro and loves to snuggle into your neck! Sprite gives happy, puppy grumbles as you scratch her ears and cuddle with her.
As most Aussies, she seems to be developing a strong herding instinct and loves to chase the dust mop. She is great with other dogs of all sizes and is being fostered with up to 5 dogs at times, from a small dog to an Anatolian Shepherd. She loves to do the aussie rumble/wrestle with the 2 adult Aussies in her foster home.
Sprite sleeps in a crate at night and is still working on potty training. She rides well in the car and loves to go to new places. As with any puppy, she is working on basic obedience and leash skills. She is also food motivated and a great eater.
Sprite is up to date on age appropriate vaccines and has been started on Simparica trio.
Sprite has an amazing personality and is just beautiful inside and out! She is looking for an adopter who will be her best buddy, take her on excursions and truly embrace her velcro nature.

There is an additional $50 REFUNDABLE spay deposit that will be refunded upon proof of procedure and a $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to her new furever family.
