Meet Roscoe. He is a gentle, calm, affectionate boy. He gets along with all the dogs at the rescue, quietly waiting for whatever attention anyone wants to give to him. He is one of the best behaved at the rescue running from any trouble! He lived with a family who loved him dearly but HAD to give him up. They diligently brushed his teeth every night, visited vets regularly for shots and checkups, and gave him love every day. So it is understandable that he is such a balanced, well-behaved boy.
