My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pet needs emergency placement. Please click here to go to our emergency placement page for more information.

Mocha has been placed on the at-risk list for medical reasons. She has had hip issues prior to coming into the shelter. Her left hip appears to have severe changes that cause her to be lame and for the muscles in that leg to atrophy from disuse. She has also lost 6 lbs while being in the shelter. She needs care and attention that we cannot provide.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

I am a sweet, social, older gal, looking for the perfect forever home!

I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me.

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.
