Gryffinpaw is a new arrival that was very shy and scared. He was trapped outside the shelter so he may have lived outside all his life so far. Regardless of that, he has come a long way to realize pets are nice. Gryffinpaw is young, approximately only a year old - so we have hope he will come out of his shell with a loving home and patient family/person! He now enjoys strokes between the eyes and up his forehead and has been becoming more accepting of people! If you have the patience to be his new owners, let us know and set up a time to meet him. Submit Application

Even if you don't know what animal in particular, this step gets you "on the board" and ready to move forward. Refundable $50 deposit due.

2.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

When you visit, you may find someone else you'd rather take home. It happens a lot! We'll also get to meet you too and ask some questions.

3.
Home Check

We will run our process of checking references, landlord if needed, vet/medical history etc.

4.
Approve Application

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

You will pay the remainder adoption fee at this point.

6.
Take the Pet Home

To adopt, visit our shelter! We do require veterinarian and personal references to adopt. All pets need to be current on vaccinations and have regular wellness vet visits.
