When Coyota first came to us, she was incredibly shy and would belly crawl everywhere, shaking uncontrollably. She would hide in the nearest corner or under a table, especially around men.

Coyota has made remarkable progress since then.

Now, when she sees us coming she stands alert, her tail wagging, happily awaiting her morning attention and treats. She loves the companionship of other dogs, especially enjoys playing with puppies, and gets along great with cats. Coyota also has a special bond with children, as if she senses their innocence and feels their capacity for unconditional love.
