Spanky is a spunky 30-year-old Amazon who loves to chatter and sit on shoulders. When she wants someone to pick her up, she says, "Step up! Step up!" Her original owner thought she was a boy, so she says "Good boy!" but her previous owner says she laid eggs, so she is believed to be a female. She has quite a vocabulary, including, "I'm gonna get your toes!" "Pretty bird!" "Spank-eeee!" "What are you doing?" and "What are you doing over there?" She also laughs and wolf-whistles. Spanky is quite a hoot and is sure to entertain you! In her current foster home, she has accepted the male but has previously bonded with females, so it's possible she would get along with any gender. Meeting her is the only way to know for sure!
