Meet Sprocket, a black and white domestic short-hair born on May 14, 2024. When he was only two weeks old, sweet Sprocket was rescued by a good samaritan from the middle of a busy road after falling out of a car engine’s bay. This spunky little guy hasn’t let his rough start to life slow him down and is living every day to the fullest! Sprocket is a brave and affectionate kitten who likes to play hard and cuddle hard. Sprocket has only has one speed – and that’s fast! When you hear the cutest pitter-patter ferociously running across the floor, you’ll know Sprocket is on the move. He loves wrestling with the dog in his foster home and is your typical little brother who wants to join in on everything around him. Sprocket even charms the older cats in his foster home with his adorable tag-along spirit. After all of that play, Sprocket will take deep naps with you or in a cozy blanket. Sprocket is slow to wake up and loves to be held and snuggled while he comes out of his sleepy haze (it’s the cutest thing you’ve ever seen!). While Sprocket is independent, he loves having fur friends to play with and teach him boundaries. Sprocket’s ideal home has a furry friend to play with, such as a dog or other cats. He’s just a baby himself and is still learning manners; he may not be a great fit with small children. Sprocket’s adoption fee includes current vaccines and future neuter and microchip.
