My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokie is a love bug! This boy waits for you to get settled in to the couch or bed and promptly climbs to your chest to snuggle. He also adores being held like a baby then gives kisses on your cheek when you oblige. He likes sleeping in dark/hidden places when you are busy around the house, such as under the bed, couch, and even in the lower cabinets. Catnip mice are a fan favorite for rolling all over; and while the car and sudden loud noises are scary for him, he acclimates quickly to his surroundings. A few pets, snuggles, and food and he becomes your best pal. Click here to apply: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MEW/Cat

Additional adoption info

Mew has a short application and approval process. Since we are foster based and don't have a facility, you will meet the cat at the foster's home. If there's a bond with the kitty, you can sign a contract, pay the fee and take kitty home same day!

More about this rescue

Our main mission at Mew Cat Rescue is to match our adoptable cats with their new forever home. We also promote and perform TNR services, helping stray and abandoned cats in the community. We provide all of our cats with food, medical attention, socialization, and a safe place to live with their volunteer foster family until we can find them a forever home.
