Meet Phil
Phil is from the Rugrats Litter. You can see his video at 4:15. He is 6 weeks old, weighs 4 pounds and is a happy, playful puppy! He is very sweet, friendly and as you can see in the video, enjoys scratches and kisses. He would love to just curl up on your lap.

He was rescued with his 5 siblings from a shelter near the border of Mexico. We are so happy they are all safe with us.

We can see Phil doing well in a home where he can get lots of love and playtime with his family. He is curious and enjoys being held.

He is a fun-loving puppy who can’t wait to find a home of his own!

He would be a wonderful, loyal companion to grow up in just about any family environment.

Phil is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and his adoption fee is $375. A meet and greet will be arranged with an approved application.
