Meet Mimi
Will you be the one to show this gentle black beauty that she is safe and loved?

Mimi is a sweet and tenderhearted dog who is about 3 years old and weighs 23 pounds. We rescued her from a shelter near the border of Mexico.

She does have a warm-up period when meeting new people. Once she knows you will be kind to her, she loves to get attention and affection. Coming from the environment she was in previously, it is apparent that she wasn’t treated nicely, so she just needs time to trust and know that she is in a safe space.

She gets along well with the other dogs at the rescue. She would do best in a calm and patient home where she can acclimate to her new surroundings and learn to trust. She is a wonderful dog who just wants a family to call her own!

Mimi is at our rescue near San Antonio and a meet and greet can be arranged with an approved application. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $325.
