My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stetson, our lovable extra large breed mix with a heart as big as his paws! This sweet boy is looking for a forever home that can provide him with the love and patience he needs to thrive.

~ Stetson is a bit nervous and still learning the ropes, so he needs some help with basic obedience, including working on his tendency to jump up or mouth. With the right guidance, he'll grow into the best boy he can be!
~ One of Stetson's unique traits is a minor hind leg deformity that gives him a charming, extra swing in his step. But don't let that fool you-he's just as active and playful as any other pup!
~ Because he's still a puppy and in the process of learning, Stetson's new family will need to sign up for three in-person mandatory training sessions. These sessions are designed to help him become the well-mannered, confident dog he's meant to be.

Stetson would thrive in a calm yet active home where he can continue to learn and grow. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this sweet boy, Stetson is ready to bring joy and love into your life. Adopt Stetson today and start a beautiful journey together!

Additional adoption info

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your envirnoment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
