DOB 7/3/21
Arthur is Patsy's brother and he would love to go home with her or another friendly, outgoing female cat.  Arthur was part of a bad hoarding case.  He is a sweetheart who is a bit nervous until he trusts you. When you sit down he loves to curl up in your lap and he loves a good belly rub! He loves to run around and play like crazy with his sister, especially at night. Arthur needs a quiet home with a patient person willing to give him time to adjust in a small room.
