DOB 7/1/20
Otis is a laid back, handsome boy. He was adopted out 2 years ago but his cat siblings never accepted him and they would fight. He is very confused as to why he is back at the shelter and really wants a forever home. He loves to be petted and loves attention. He is has a great personality and is playful. Otis needs to be the only pet but he is great with children! Please adopt him!
