My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello everybody! My name is Goose and I am a laid back little guy who is eager to pounce my way into your heart. I am a 5 month old, Domestic Shorthair who is a bit shy at first, but warms up to be an everlasting companion.

I like to take some time getting to know new friends. Once I feel safe and comfortable, I'll show my affection with purrs and gentle nudges. I love scratches at the base of my tail and chin rubs! My favorite thing to play with are wand toys! A good snack is also a great way to get onto my good side. I would love for you to come meet me, so I can make a new friend.

Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777.

When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
