My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mila is a sweet young female tabby. Though she can be timid at first, she loves attention, play and food and can easily be won over. She will chase toys on a string like her life depends on it but also loves to cuddle. As soon as you lay down she's ready to bump you with her head and flop on you for pets. She's also possibly the softest kitty ever and gives gentle love bites and kisses. She's also got a cute long tail, isn't a picky eater, and isn't destructive. She would love a friendly cat to snuggle and play with and has been okay around dogs. She's great at hitting the litterbox, generally quiet (except for meals and on car rides) and such a beautiful, soft and wonderful low maintenance companion. She's fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Foster home will reach out with any questions or to set up next step. Also the foster will call your vet to verify current pets

Home Check

Usually includes meeting the pet

Sign Adoption Contract

Complete process by signing contract and paying fee

Additional adoption info

Once you submit an application for a specific pet the foster home will review the application, follow up with any reference, and then reach out to set up a home check. At the home check you will meet the pet and we will conduct the interview. If things go as planned you can complete the adoption that day. For caged pets we require all the supplies be there and set up.

We are a group of volunteers whose passion for animals have led us into the animal rescue community. We focus on local animals that are homeless, neglected, abused, or need a new home, and bring them to safety. Our goal is to educate, rehabilitate, and help connect animals with their forever home. Through education we hope to end the mistreatment and overpopulation of animals.
