Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Wilder
Wilder is a sweet and tenderhearted little dog who is about 2 years old and weighs 15 pounds. He was rescued near the Mexico border.
He has the best ears and beautiful hazel colored eyes.
He is shy and submissive, but will warm-up once he knows you will be kind to him.
He loves to get attention and affection and will curl up on your lap for scratches and a treat.
He gets along well with big and little dogs and would do well in a home that has other dogs. He loves his toys and treats.
He is a wonderful dog who just wants a family to call his own!
Wilder is located in at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Gettysburg, PA on August 10th. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $400. The fee includes the transport cost.
If you would like to add this hazel eyed cutie to your family, please review our process and complete an application here - https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/adopt

Services our dogs receive prior to adoption:
Chagas Testing Heartworm and Tick Testing (age appropriate)
All age-appropriate vaccines
Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives
Spay/neuter surgery
Microchip
Wilder tested positive for Chagas disease and has started his treatment. This is completely curable after treatment and dogs can go on to live long and happy lives. Our rescue is one of the first to do Chagas testing for all of the dogs in our care and is having measurable success in the treatment protocol.
We are also focused on continued education and awareness of Chagas to help even more dogs. For more information, please review here: https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/chagas
*The breed(s) listed are guessed and based on the dog's physical appearance*
