Meet Lita
Lita is a beautiful mixed breed Terrier who is about 2 years old and weighs 16 pounds. We rescued her from the Mexican border. She is shy and scared. She will do well in a home that can be patient and show her the love she deserves. Once she is comfortable with you, she will snuggle with you on the couch and watch TV.

She would do best in a home without children with a secure fenced yard. She will need a leash and harness, at least in the beginning, until she knows you and learns you will be kind to her and not try and run away from you.

She is afraid of fast movements and would love a calm, patient, kind owner that will give her the time and space she needs to show her love. Once she feels comfortable, she will make a wonderful family dog.

She is good with other dogs and would love a dog brother or sister to run and play with.

Lita is located in at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Gettysburg, PA on August 10th. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $400. The fee includes the transport cost.
