**Meet Sue: Your Future Best Friend!**
Introducing Sue! This sweet, smart, happy, and funny Cavalier King Charles Spaniel will turn 4 years old on September 19. Sue’s journey began as a mill mama, but she is quickly learning the joys of being a beloved pet in her foster home.

Sue has discovered the delight of toys and loves squeaking them and carrying them around. She’s a big fan of treats, especially bully sticks, duck feet, and her bedtime baby carrots. Sue adores her foster siblings and is often found playing, racing around the yard, or cuddling with them. She would thrive in a home with another dog to keep her company.

When Sue first came to rescue, she was afraid of everything. Thanks to her foster siblings Daisy and Odie, she has gained confidence and learned that people can be good. Sue is always excited to see her foster parents and showers them with kisses. While she’s still a bit scared of being picked up or petted, she’s making progress every day. With patience, she will learn to love cuddling with humans too.

Sue will need a fenced yard in her forever home as she continues to learn leash walking. She is heart-clear, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped.
