Hello, my name is Charlie and I`m the shelter `old man`. My owner had to move in with her daughter following some health issues, so she`s all I`ve ever known but I`m quick to warm up to people! I was fostered & they said that I did AMAZING with children, even as young as 6 months old, but I`m not too fond of puppies/super energetic dogs. Come meet me & let me love you!
