My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*COURTESY POST*

Hi! My name is Maurice! I am a 4 year old, neutered, super friendly, happy-go-lucky, male rescue cat looking for my forever family. I love all other pets and humans of all ages!

The doctor told me that my kidneys have problems processing some of the protein that I like to eat. I need to be on a special kidney diet for the rest of my life, and on daily medication. I know I will be a little extra work, but promise to make it up to you with lots of love, snuggles, and companionship. I do like to talk to my people and let them know how much I love them.

If you have any questions about me or would like to meet me, my foster parents would love to chat with you.

More about this rescue

The Cat Posse is a group of individuals devoted to rescuing and rehabilitating unwanted and abused cats in Southern California. We educate our communities about the importance of spaying and neutering, and we believe that all animals deserve dignity and kindness as we work toward the day when all public shelters will be "no kill".
