My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I have had Gowad since he was a puppy. From the time I was in the military and has lived with me all over America. He is a really great dog. He is a people dog where he just loves to be around people. Interacts just fine with other animals but people is where always drifts towards. He is a very loving dog and always has a smile on his face.

I recently moved to Redondo Beach for a job and just have been too busy to give Gowad the proper attention he needs. Not being able to work remote anymore I think is really taking a toll on his separation anxiety. It is a very hard decision after all these years being together but I want to do what is best for him and rehome him with a family that can make sure he gets the attention he needs.

May 3, 2024 he sustained injuries to his front legs. He is recovering now. Able to go up and down stairs, jump up and down my bed. Still recovering for long walks. I will take him in the back yard and walk around with him a little till he gets tired.
