Hello there, I'm Zalie! I'm still young and full of life. I love playing games, especially fetch. I can chase a ball for hours, it's so much fun! I'm also a big fan of cuddles. There's nothing better than curling up next to someone I love. I'm very friendly and I get along with everyone. I've got so much love to give, and I'm hoping to find someone who can give me the same in return. I promise to be your loyal friend and keep you entertained with my playful antics. Adopting me means gaining a devoted companion who will always be there to cheer you up and make your days brighter. I can't wait to meet you!

The Stone County SPCA was organized in 2009 and opened a shelter in 2012 in Wiggins, MS. We have always been a no kill shelter. Our biggest challenge is the high demand to place dogs and cats in our shelter. Currently, we take in approximately 1200 animals annually. We do not euthanize animals for lack of space. We have a live release rate of 95%. We do this by keeping adoption fees low and transporting a large percentage of our animals (65% of our dogs and puppies).
